In March 2025, Fuelture Energy launched China's first small-scale hydrogen fuel cell system with a range exceeding 200 kilometers, successfully integrating it into food delivery vehicles. This high-tech system, equipped with its proprietary "hydrogen power core," enables an ultra-long range of over 200 kilometers on a single charge, while also emitting zero carbon emissions. This system is helping thousands of delivery drivers become the most dazzling drivers on the streets of Shanghai! The Fuelture team collaborated with several logistics companies, including Shanghai SF Express, Meituan Takeout, and ZTO Express, to conduct on-site road tests. Riders generally reported ample power, responsive acceleration and braking systems, and a smooth and effortless experience.
As one of the earliest research and development teams in China to develop and apply miniaturized hydrogen fuel reactors, Shanghai Fuelture Energy Technology Co., Ltd. adheres to the principles of physics and chemistry, combining application needs and value orientation to conduct systematic and comprehensive design and development. After communicating, testing, and receiving feedback from application units, our team successfully calibrated the vehicle model. This newly developed system will be compatible with all food delivery and express delivery vehicles on the market (collectively referred to as urban and rural logistics vehicles), and it focuses on solving several major pain points in the application of these vehicles:
Our team has established testing centers in Minhang, Qingpu, Xuhui, and Pudong, conducting R&D and application testing for a wider range of scenarios. We plan to launch small-scale mass production this year, aiming to cover a wide range of application scenarios and make hydrogen energy technology readily available. Going forward, we will focus on the field of dedicated urban and rural logistics vehicles, continuously innovating to improve productivity and provide safe, reliable, and efficient hydrogen fuel cell products. Through green technology and digitalization, we will be able to scale up and promote the development of the hydrogen energy industry, ultimately reducing costs.
